Hey guys, do you ever get flashes of light that lasts for almost ten minutes or so?? Even when you aren't having anxiety besides the normal? It'd happened to me twice now aND it's really scary. I don't really get any other symptoms with it. I also drink alot of water so shouldn't be dehydrated. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

hi emilyaj, it's possible that this could be migraine.
however, we are not doctors and I would suggest that you talk to your gp about it to rule out anything else.

Hey buddy, I have something similar, it's like big floater that kind of moves from one side
To another, I had it a few times it's really scary cos you can't see anything properly when it happens, I'm not sure if it's the same what you have but it does take like ten minutes for it to go away feels like it's moving behind the eye kind of thing. I'm terrified of finding out something more is wrong so I just put it down to anxiety but if it scares you tell your gp 
Yes love I get migraines without the headache or sick feeling I get flashes of light that if I look at something I can only see half of everything because the silvery. Flash pulsates zigzagged and part of what I'm seeing disappears. It is migraine, I put a pair of sunglasses on or go in a dark room till the zigzags disappear. Xx Mandy does last around 10 mins or so.
