I've not really been able to go out for the last two week where I've been feeling weak shake and feel like some think was gonna happen to me well I've just took my little girl to preschool yeah I was very shake my heart started racing I feel like I was gonna pass out my legs was going like mad shanking but I kept walking to the preschool kept telling my self I can do this and will do it am proud of my self for doing it

I used to be like this I was like it for nearly a year u till I went to a place near me called let's talk I ad to push myself to do it coz I cudnt go to the shop or shopping and know I do everything like tht I do ave bad day like today I've woken up with a funny head
