anxiety making me feel physically sick

anxiety is back and it's making me obsessively thinking I'm going to die. ugh. like my neck hurts when I turn it and I'm afraid that I have meningitis. I'm getting all worried again

It's attacking me also Katie, today my head feels so out of it like a constant feeling as if it's gonna shut off really bad feeling and my pressur is a bit high even tho I've taking my high blood pressure med .. Don't know what to do my last klonopin I've taking was on Friday Morning 1:30am .25mg I'm thinking it's my body asking for more but I don't wanna keep taking it feels like a withdraw symptom maybe the samething is happening to you when was the last Klonopin you've taking ??

Also try to get off that sleeping pill it's not doing you any good ... Let your Doctor know and try the Orchex or Calm Forte but also let your Doctor know on that .....
