My anxiety dizziness is unbearable

I'm 18 years old and I have bipolar 2 along with terrible health anxiety. Lately a new frightening symptom that I'm having is extreme dizziness. I feel that every time I get up I will collapse and there are periods when it gets better for a few days but then it usually comes back when I'm very stressed. I've had an EKG and it came back normal. I went to the doctor yesterday and they found fluid in my ears which they said could be why the dizziness is happening since I've had a bit of a fever and ringing in my ears. I've started taking afrin and haven't really noticed a difference. In the back of my head I'm worried that it may be lithium that's causing this but my doctor really doesn't think so. I had my levels tested in March and they were great so at this point I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm going to die at any moment from how bad it is. Help please

Its a symptom of anxiety. I used to get that. I used to use an ice pack to distract or a cold shower. Could be meds but it depends how long you have been on them but im sure its anxiety. When you face it and accept it you will get better.

Hi. I have exact same feelings. I'm on Zoloft and clonazepam only for bipolar, depression and incredible anxiety. I'm afraid of dieing. Afraid and paranoid. The clonazepam I've taken since 1989 and I know my body has built a tolerance to it. I'm in a state of withdrawal-type feelings every waking moment. Help

My doctor thinks it may be some time of anemia or defiency in my eating habits so I've started to take an iron supplement. I'm scared because my condition is continuing to worsen, when I went out today to get some things I almost fainted in the store and I haven't been able to get out of bed. I'm very terrified that I'm dying even though my doctor said she isn't worried
