Freaking out

Anxiety must be running high today my breathing is at me woke up yesterday with a bloodshot eye now it's gone into other one ears feeling deaf feel so tierd someone help also choking sensation some of its anxiety what's the blood shot eyes I'm.putting everything down to anxiety maybe it's not help

Blood shot eyes can be from tiredness, crying, irritation even stress I wouldn't worry about it. As for choking and breathing sensation this is obviously your main symptom and what sets you off I know it's hard in the moment but you just need to tell yourself it's just my anxiety. Last night i woke up at 4am and could not settle no matter how much I tried to convince myself I was anxious I took a Valium and felt much better I was struggling for 2 hours until I gave in. its amazing how in the moment it is so hard to realize that all of is is anxiety you just freak out. It will get better I have hope for all of us. Hope you are feeling better

When my anxiety was bad and I was working with Dr to find a good med they put me on atenolol to help with heart pals and shortness of breath. It also helped a little with the anxiety. You might ask you dr. It's great if you BP is a little high too!
