I feel so unreal. Like everything around me is there but I am lost within the confines of my body. And that makes me think I'm not here and I will have a sudden panic attack from it. It's messing so badly with my life. Idk what this is and Idk how to cure it. I think I might have depression too because I'm constantly negative and devoid of hope and anxietied and sad and I can't even read books I used to enjoy. I sleep and wake up after 2 hours with a pounding heart and my feet feel like the energy is draining out of them and they're hot and cold and suddenly numb and its been there for a week. Someone please help. Idk what to do. This keeps getting worse and worse.

Feeling lost.
I suffer like that with my anxiety...its a horrible feeling...weak, tingling through my body and feeling as if my limbs are weak and stiff..I now am dizzy allll day and have an extreme amount of head pressure...it makes you feel as if you can't even think straight.. I've had Prozac and Zoloft and it wasn't good for me...I'm now on wellbutrin hoping for the best.. People say depression and anxiety is all in your head but the symptoms and effects are so real..I wish it was an easy fix but it seems to be more difficult than some other things which are maintained with medication
Anxiety and depression can very easily go hand in hand... Too bad they get along so well!! heh! oh well.
As for the unreal feelings...that, too, is (sad to say) common to some of us. Its like you know this is 'you' but nothing is 'right'... and you so desperately wish the 'old you' would come back and everything would feel 'right' or 'normal.' This is what I seem to be going through the most of right now. Some of this can come under the heading of DePersonalization...or...DeRealization... to a more or lesser degree...
This comes and goes... I seem to do my best when I am not alone (I live alone!) but when I am having coffee with or just chatting with friends... Sometimes you just have to push yourself to get ordinary things done...but there is at least some relief and satisfaction in that... Good luck to you!
Hi guys, This girls video saved me from all these feelings, I was bad, afraid to leave the house always felt sick/dizzy, or like I was sinking, sometimes felt like I wasn't in reality. Weird feelings that arnt right. Get healthy, eat a balanced organic diet.. Clear your body of toxins that affect your brain chemistry and signals. Cut out soda caffeine and sugars.
And do yoga for mental stability and this video saved my life! Iv shared t with multiple people who also fine it helpful. Please try it when your feeling desperate.
