Pain under left breast SCARED

I'm scared as hell again... So this pain suddenly stabbed me under my left breast. It hurts a little when I breathe in and use my left arm to get something far. I'm really freaking out could this be heart attack? Pulmonary embolism?! IM PANICKING

How are you feeling now has it eased ?

It could be something so simple that caused the pain like indigestion because yes you can get really bad stabbing pains in that area as well as other area's in the body when you get it bad or a pulled muscle can also give you that sensation

Anxiety has so many physical symptoms and they change all the time. Maybe for your piece of mind you should have the doctor check your heart. Once the diagnosis comes back and you are fine, just tell yourself its a symptom of your anxiety and focus on anything but that. How long does this feeling last and does it go away after awhile? If it goes away after awhile its probably just one of many symptoms you will experience with anxiety.
