Sharp pain in left side of my face and now am scared

Hi all sorry not been on in a while been back and forward to doctors I got a sharp pain in the right side of my cheek and no my anxiety has gone through the roof I am thinking it's a blood clot or something gone to my head my health anxiety is really bad andcheek went numb it's scaring me my anxiety is creeping back up why won't all this go away I am really fed up of it all now x

No I haven't feel bunged up a little but it's when I yawn or anything and my jaw is aching I hate this health anxiety so much I was put on a very high dose of wits in D as mine was low it's getting me down so much I just wanner feel normal but it's like 1 thing after anouther x

I agree with what next, also suggest that you do serious relaxation as your mind is racing with negative thoughts. When we are anxious our body can produce an alarming number of symptoms. If you download a tape you will soon start to relax and feel much better 😊

Thankyou that pain as eased of but my anxiety really bad tonight feel so dizzy and it's like my heart is pounding now am scared something gonna happen or it's something bad xx

I do know how you feel, I have been there. Your mind is tricking you and you really need to listen to the relaxation tapes. Another good thing is exercise as it is really good for you. You WILL get over this 😊👍😊

I had that one 6 months ago ended up having an brain mri because im too scared it might be aneursym and itcame back normal. Now im worried of my right eye, its blurry and sometimes got shhoting pains just on the right side of my eye and its freaking me out.. dizzy too

same here.im scared & planning of having mri

my left eye also blurred. done check up with ophthalmologist, he told that my eyes are perfectly healthy..
