Does n e one get anxiety that makes them physically sick

I've been sick all week but was just hungover and prob a bug as well... Does n e one get so tired their eyes hurt and just feel physically sick and throw up randomly

I feel the same way with a few other weird symptoms that seem to never stop so your not alone just keep an eye on it and if it gets worst talk to your doctor ....
