Guys I'm really scared I was sitting down very calmly and suddenly I felt myself getting light. I thought I was gonna faint so I got up. Felt better but then I'm still scared as fudge. I'm only 14 and don't need this. HELP

Lol scared as fudge. That could just he a case of being overtired stressed or need something to eat full of vitamins and iron. Although If you suffer anxiety it could likely just be that. I get light heads like that from time to time
