Well first the guidelines are that you should be 16 to join Health Unlocked

Did you manage to spit it out , if so you should be fine

Have you spoken to your parents about what has happened , I think you should & they can help you make a decision if you need any medical care x

no still think got a little piece in there did spit out some but neck feels tight now and it hurts got chest chest pains difficulty breathing
