Today was a bad day for me. I ate well over 3000 calories. Certain days I just eat even though I'm not hungry and other days I eat a normal amount (1800-2000 calories )

I need advice on being more consistent

I don't eat enough calories. Getting enough food for me is like a chore.

Have you tried planning your meals for a week. Truthfully it's boring, but recently I have planned my breakfast lunch and dinner and stuck to. I only bought food for those meals so no extra munchies lying around. :) I did this cos all I ate was crap, put on nearly two stone, now I have already lost half stone.

I have an app called my fitness pal. You enter your weight and how much you want to lose per week. You can also set a percentage for macronutrients. I just need to work on sticking to it.
