The fear won't go away

I woke up today feeling under the weather.. This feeling of fear and like something bad is about to happen just won't go away.. All I wanna do is cry... I hate feeling like this... I feel a knot on my throat ..

I know that feeling. I am sorry that things aren't great for you right now. And as hard as it may be I want you to try something. I want you to look in the mirror everyday and say positive things. At first it'll feel different. But if you continue to do this you can change your way of thinking. Don't know your whole back story with anxiety but I do know that feeling you are experiencing. I have overcome that by doing what I'm telling you to try. Thank you.. I will start doing this.. This morning I also feel the same way.. The only thing that makes it feel better is crying.. Soon after I feel the same.. I hope soon I feel better

don't know the answer to this P but I also woke up like that this morning as I have done hundreds of times in my life.. still not sure why but the best cure I find is to try not to let it get to you just see it an an emotion which will go away.. good luck xx
