This feeling of dread/doom just won't go away it's really affecting my life I'm scared to do things because of it!! The diazepam won't even help it 😭😭 it's the worst I honestly feel crippled by it it's so scary!!

I'm honestly not sure just feels like something bads gonna happen like I'll die or something I just don't know but it's so intense like I feel trapped

I walked around with that feeling of dread/doom/panic for over 5 months. It's now fading and it might be the Effexor or just time. It's been 7 months with depersonalization/derealization so maybe things are just fading with time. Who knows but that's the worse feeling ever. Maybe change your medication?

Honestly it's such a bad feeling I feel completely doomed I've just started citalopram

I know that feeling well, Im feeling like that at the moment n it scares me 🌸
