Permanent anxiety

I feel like I hve permanent anxiety then I worry about what it's doing to me. My body aches and I hve terrible stomach upsets and just feel frightened all the time. I am taking venlafaxine but feel the only thing that takes the anxiety away is something like diazapam which my,gp obviously won't prescribe. I've tried everything, deep breathing, relaxation, CBT, schema therapy but nothing seems to work. Am now thinking about hypnotherapy but so expensive. Anyone no of a good hypnotherapist in the Feltham middlesex area.

Its pretty crazy what stress and anxiety do to your body. It can be so hard and hopeless sometimes. I'm sorry that yours has been so bad and I hope you get some relief soon. Seems like you've tried a lot but please never give up, you'll find something that will help you. Just always remember the things that have helped you and keep up with them. Do what you need to do for you. Does quiet time help you? Are you able to 100% relax and an enjoy music,TV show, or movie you enjoy? Or reading? Get lost in some good articles or book. Google some good joke stories. Hope you feel better.

If you get a referral to a psychiatrist they will give you diazapam because they will know that you need it doctors are too afraid of getting in trouble.
