Anxiety and period

Does anyone's anxiety sky rocket before your period is due? I have noticed last time and now this time that I am a mess and I'm also much more shaky as well my legs ache too and these symptoms make my anxiety worse even though I know it's from PMS

Im like that! before my period starts every month I always seem to find myself googling 'PMS symtoms' !! your not alone

Same here! I recently started taking the birth control pil in hopes to ease that issue, but so far I've been experiencing increased anxiety, cloudy brain, and nausea. Anyone else had problems with their anxiety on the pill??

My husband actually suggested I try going on the pill to help with my anxiety his theory is my hormones are out of whack after having babies. That's actually an interesting topic I'd like to know if people have had good experiences in the pill regarding their anxiety...

Ive been debating taking the pill or not. I was hoping it would help my hormones after having kids. I was going to talk to my dr about trying it. I just don't want to!! I hate taking pills but if other people are having luck I'd be willing to try.
