Go to your doctor.
Do sport. Drink alot of water.dont use nicottine caffine and alchoel.
You must get good sleep.
Eat 3 meals every day. Even if you dont have apiteiet. Teach your body to eat well.
I completly lose my apetite when my anxiety is at it's worse, it's really really hard to eat to the point I lost 7kgs you have to force yourself, eat even when u don't feel like it. It's worse when you don't eat. I found out the hard way. Good luck x
