Anxiety symptoms but not anxious?
Sadly yes, all the time. I could be feeling fine, having a lovely time and BANG it hits me out of nowhere and makes me feel horrible. I don't know what to do about it though because I only start to feel anxious once the symptoms have started.
When young I used to worry, because nothing was wrong, or I would feel concerned when taking tests or examinations.
We all need these feelings as they can give you that edge to do well, chemicals in your body increase and this can prove to have a positive affect.
Read some papers on fight or flight. Generally there are many places you can read about these feelings. All of these problems are normal and if you were unable to judge these feelings life would be a real problem.
Check NHS Choices under Anxiety if I remember they give all a good explanation. Hopefully this will begin to put your mind at rest

I get this too and then my anxiety goes through the roof and the cycle begins -it's not anxiety something is wrong with me- it's very discouraging.
Yes ! But it's important to remind yourself that it is only your anxiety. Try not to feed into it. It only makes it worse. I hope you feel better!
yes! worst part is i try and find out what i could be anxious about which leads to more and more over thinking
