I had to much to drink. i drank some pedyalite and some cococun juice before going to bed to rehydrate but i managed to sleep a few minutes before i woke up real shaky and extra anxious. Im real desperate to get some sleep and relax. Any body could give me some tips? Please! I feel real bad.

Take some pain killers they will also lesson the hangover in the morning. And have some warm milk that's meant to calm and make you sleepy.

Alcohol increase anxiety and makes the symptoms the next day worse. Alcohol is a toxin to ur body as much as I agree at the time it's relaxing the affect on ur body and brain is much more than u realise. If u could lay off it, eat really well n hot milk at night you will feel so much better. Plenty water in the day n good fruit. Start today by being good to yourself and get some happy music on the go. Alcohol won't fix anything but you can control if you drink or not tonight.

Give it a go, be extra good to ur self x
