Hii.

Having trouble sleeping . I recently was trying to sleep then felt my inner thighs twitch & got anxious & woke up. Ever since , I've been googling that πŸ˜” my health anxiety is a mess. Now, I'm trying to get some sleep& I wake up with a panic attack πŸ˜”πŸ˜”..this is annoying , I want at least a nice nap. Is this anxiety ? Does anyone have this too? If so, what tips do you have? I want them..I'm literally panicking now . Thnks.

I used to have nocturnal panic attacks. What got me over them was going to bed thinking, "if they happen, it doesn't matter. They don't hurt me, they're just irritating." Same with sleep. Don't panic over not sleeping. Moreso be like, "if I sleep great, if I don't, I'll just fit a nap in tomorrow." It helps a LOT.

Try some valerian or by a tea for stress one that has lavender in it and have it before bed. Also by some lavender essential oil and put it on your rists, and temples before bed. If natural doesn't work ask your doc for a medication to help relax you before bed. Good luck :))

Thanks. Well, I only do natural lol. I think it's the best way to overcome this thing ..anxiety period. Thank you for the tips. I had lavender oil before but didn't use it for that. I'll stock up on some :))

Another good thing to do is put the lavender oil in a humidifier very relaxing
