My anxiety and 24/7 dizziness is starting to affect my sleep.
Some nights I sleep for 10 hours straight without waking up, but then some night's are worse.
I try to fall asleep but then wake up having horrible dreams and my heart is racing. And then when I do manage to sleep, it's only for 5 hours.
Has anyone else survived on 5 hours sleep?
I'm exhausted as it is because of my anxiety, but having little sleep on top is just too much.
