So Scared

I am 4 months pregnant have been dealing with pain in my upper back thats caused pain in my neck and ebasically entire side I recently started.getting extreme anxiety from going on the internet searching dark spots bc my son had new freckles it made me start looking at mine and it began the anxiety that I may have skin cancer and then it just spiraled out of control I wake up nervous and lightheaded chest pains paranoia weak and very fatigue it is making me think my pain in my back is part of it all its freakn me out I cant I am so scared omg
