Head feels like it's shaking inside

I've had this feeling a few times now feels ( well more than a few times ) like my brain or inside of my head wants to shake like ur going to go into some kind of fit

Anyone else experiencing or experienced this xx

Yes I feel this off an on like vibrating or buzzing feeling? It is so disturbing it's one of the symptoms I hate the most. Come to think of it I haven't felt it for a while bet it will come back now that it's been brought to my attention lol.

But I think the way I got rid of it was to not focus on it whenever it would happen, I truly believe the more you focus on a sensation the more intense it will feel and linger around.
