Tingling sensation

Ok so I was watching this video about soccer players death and they were all heart related deaths, I started to worry that it might happen to me and then I feel a sudden pain on the right side of my chest colds to the middle. I start to panic and calm but the panic was still there. Then I start to feel a tingling sensation on the left side of chest close to the shoulder and it would spread to my left arm! I'm wondering if anyone else feels this and I'm scared that it might be heart problem.

I get those kind of pains and symptoms all the time and, like you, see stories about athletes that simply collapse and worry it will be me.
