Anxiety or heart..?

Hi. I'm a 31 yr/ female, and have been experiencing terrible anxiety for a few years on and off. I've been to the ER at least 15 times in the past year in fear that I was having a problem with my heart and I was sent home after EKGs, and bloodwork with the doctors telling me that I don't have the risk factors for having a heart attack (even though I am a bit overweight) because of my age and no family history. They tell me over and over that it's anxiety . I feel like I'm becoming a hypochondriac from all of this! I get chest pains, and lately these throbbing pains that go thru my arms and hands and then feel like I can't breath well and fear going to sleep because of it. Is it normal to be getting pains in your arms and hand along with chest pain just from anxiety? I try not to google these things because it puts me in a panick attack and makes me want to go to he hospital, so I figured I would try this site out from reading all the great reviews .

Also- the past few days when I eat anything , I get a bit of a almost burning sensation in my chest. This is what keeps making me think with all these things added up that it's heart related , but yet the hospital doctors look at me like I'm crazy.....

Hi get painful pins and needles in my arms and hands usually my right side, the best I can describe it is the feeling you get when you sit on your foot for a while then stand on it, that's hoe my arm/ hand feel, I also get a burning feeling in my chest, my doctor says that its down to reflux/ indigestion .
