Swallowing

Ok, so its a new one for me but has anyone else had it....just recently I've started getting a feeling like there's a sort of lump in my throat, like there's something I cant quite swallow down. When I do swallow there's a sort of clicking/crunching feeling like my throat is rubbing against something when I swallow. The thing is if I can ignore it I dont notice it at all but as soon as I think about it there it is again. Because I'm conscious of it I'm swallowing more and my throat is actually becoming sore. Has anyone else had this and got any tips to get it yo go away (other than ignoring it because I'm trying that already). Xx

Hi. I'm not sure if it's the same as what U have been feeling but I get a heavy feeling in my throat like I can't even talk coz I might throw up but I never do. Your absolutely right tho that the more you think about it the worse it is. Other than trying to ignore it and telling yourself it's nothing I can't think of anything else you can do. Just don't worry about it coz it will only make it worse. I hope that helps.
