Confused

Hi

Been diagnose of panic disorder and Hypochondriasis been taking zoloft on and off. But this time kinda confuse .. Been back in meds 3weeks now but my mind tells me to stop . I cant even go out alone and do some stuff. Lots of problems runing thru my mind and cant really sort it. Can someone help me with my complicated mind. Thank you guys.

Are you in the UK and under the care of a GP? If so he/she should have suggested talking therapies as well as prescription drugs. I suggest you ask your GP about talking therapies in your area. They are not supposed to give you drugs then leave you confused!!

Panic disorder and hypochondriasis can be improved through talking therapy like CBT, with or without drugs but talk to your GP first.
