Has anyone else suspected or been diagnosed with Hyperventilation Syndrome? My symptoms are the following. I have been diagnosed with GAD and Health Anxiety. Lately I have been suspecting that my breathing is my problem.

24/7 Head Tension / Dull Headache. Feels like my blood flow is constantly restricted.

Chest Tension

Dizziness / Lightheaded Feeling

Numbness & Weakness on one side

I have had these symptoms in varying degrees for 5 years.

Looking for anyone who has experienced these.

Thanks
