Why is it that when I stop worrying, MY BODY FEELS WORSE? Is it coming off of adrenaline? All I know is that I have not panicked in like, two days, and my body now feels like it is drained. I have had this before, but I noticed the feeling went away the momeny my concern drifted to a headache.
I just....delt with the panic attacks. The first was the worst. They lessened once I understood what they were and now, they really don't happen anymore
