Worried

Hi guys I need your help I've been feeling dizzy and sick and I'm really getting bad pains in my ribs and back and being tired alot I've been feeling this way for almost 2 weeks now I have no idea what it is its really worrying me so could someone help me please?xx

I've had this happen and it usually comes and goes when I'm feeling rwally anxious, even if I don't notice it.

I have pain in my rib, chest, upper back - all that stuff. If I even get a twinge, I get worried about it. Anxiety gains control and I am miserable, waiting for the worst. My chiropractor tells me it is just my ribs getting a little out of place, which puts stress and tension on the muscles and tendons. This is what causes my pain. Totally logical and when I am not too stressed I know she is right. When I get anxiety though, the logic seems to go out the window very easily. So I try to keep reminding myself of what it truly is, relax and try to trust. I too get dizzy and feel sick....I tough it out and it passes. I try to be good to myself, take it a little easy and not feel angry at letting it get to me. Please try to relax and be kind to yourself.
