What is wrong with me?!! How can this all be anxiety.

I'm 23 years old and for the past 19 years I have been ill. When I say ill I refer to vomiting daily, constant stomach upsets including constipation and diarrhea, stabbing pains in my chest area (right hand side) feeling like I can't breathe. Continually bloating (every minute of everyday) pains and aches everywhere all the time. And the worst passing out every time it gets hot, I have to stand up for more than 5 minutes or anything that involves exercise.

I have had several thousands of tests Inc colonoscopy gastric time testing.tilt tests.sweat tests.blood test galore yet to no avail.

Apparently it's all in my head though I had a very good upbringing loving family yet as at 4 I started passing out. 10 I started vomiting and it's all going downhill from there. For what reason would a 4 year old start passing out from anxiety???? I find this an irrational diagnosis. I did manage to discover I have endometriosis last year which is another pain entirely almost intolerable.

I've lost friends. Jobs. Hobbies. And countless moments of my life to something I can't even give a name.

I just want to know what's wrong with me.

Dr's. Specialists. Naturopaths. Kinesiologist. Witch doctors.chiros. you name it. I'm at my last straw here

Sounds to me you have ibs. With constipation and dirra ,and stomach cramps ,I take buscapan daily can get over the counter ,all so sounds like anxiety to ,if you still worried please get it checked out by your Gp,hope you feeling better soon .XXxX

This is my issue I am 23 I should not need to take daily buscopan for life and I have nothing to be anxious about. I'm going to try the alternative route as I have seen countless specialists and gPs to no avail. I also have had colonoscopy and no diagnosis of IBS as I have unrelated symptoms ie vomiting daily and fainting but thank you for your reply
