Hearts racing from just laying in bed!! Feel like I'm getting breathless , what is this I can't deal with these palpations anymore. Feel like I'm going to die :( argh hate it SOO much it's beating fast for about an hour nearly and it just won't slow down

Hi remember your breathing 7 in hold and 11 out, that will help slow ur fast beating heart. You were doing so well the other day when you got the all clear at A & E, remember your fine, and the anxiety is just making an appearance! Try think of what thought bought on your fast beating heart and fuelled your anxiety x
