Idk what is wrong. I just want to cry. I've been feeling like I can't breath. All I keep thinking is that I'm going to die soon. Has anyone felt this?

Idk what's wrong

Hey you, I hope you're ok it's been 5hrs since your post and I wondered how you are feeling now?- in comparison to how you were feeling then?x
There has been a nasty infection going around, I got the thing about six weeks ago. I have a double cough with it and I have been blacking out ??.
Been taking OTC medicines and now been to the GP who gave me Codeine Linctus and it seems to be getting better.

i know exactly how you feel. throughout June, i was convinced that i was going to die soon and would always be upset for no reason. there were time where i would wake up and begin crying for hours without knowing why..
but i think it's because anxiety is so draining and stressful towards your body, that being upset and crying is a natural reaction to let go of that stress.
in terms of having trouble breathing, that's very normal for anxiety and panic attacks, all i can give you in advice is perhaps close your eyes and listen to relaxing music and try and calm down as best you can (i know it is harder said than done), but, what you can do is blow out all the air in you through your mouth and then begin to breathe in with your nose.. you may be finding it hard to breathe because of hyperventiliation and the imbalance between carbon dioxide and oxygen in the body.
It's not that I feel I am going to die but that I feel impending doom or dread.
What I try to do is let it out, then talk to people who make me feel good. People who will have a laugh, people who are honest and people who are happy and positive. Their attitude bounces off me and raises my spirits.
Will you let us know how you are getting on today?
Yes I relate with what you are experiencing .... On and off for the past year . I allow myself to cry once in a while . I try to work out and do things that take my mind ofo of it like knitting dancing etc. hope you feel better
Yes! Was happening To me for the last 6 weeks. It has gotten better since I started taking b complex vitamins, 400 mg magnesium, fish oil and I bought this natural herb from Amazon "better me". Dr told me its anxiety/panic attack and told me to see a psychiatrist. No way I am letting any doctor put me on meds. I work out 4 days a week, I am doing acupuncture 3 days a week and I am reading up about natural herbs to take for anxiety. I have been drinking "lemon balm tea for restless nights-it's makes you drowsy so it's only for nights.God bless us all!

I know how that feels, i have asthma so when anything with breathing happens i instantly assume the worst.
