help wierd asthma anxiety neausea thing

hI,

A few years ago i was diagnosed with asthma and since september this year i have been feeling light headed anxious (i think) over the last weak i have felt sick but never been sick. I am scared i will faint and i dont want to be alone. I feel the worst in the morning and im finding it hard to go to school as i am scared i will pass out or have a full blown panic attack. Please help i dont know what to do.
