Hi any one tell me with there anixerty if feel hot al over the face had all day just feel got temp .. but not not got one didnt niw anixerty couse it scarein me .. wish it go away numb

It is a symptom

If your always on alert it can cause you to feel it throughout the day.

I'm constantly asking "if it's hot or if it's just me?"

When they its just me I control my breathing and it goes away.

Or I distract myself.

I struggle with hot flushes very bad, but they arn't menapausal as everyone tells me how can they be I'm 63 after hyesterectomy (spelling) overies gone test from Dr so what are they ?? yes I think they are well and truely panic , odd times when Im thinking or talking about an issue that Ive had probs with even in the well gone past, I can feel my colour and heat rising, not a temper, then I start stuttering. sad very sad. Ive tried all sort of health tabs still no help. now Ive decided to pop on this site for help or explore others.
