I dont feel right today atall..

Feel like imma pass out and die!

My head feels funny,heavy and just weird.. i can feel sensations all over my body especially in my head.. i'm very scared right now..

Arrrrr I've been in the same shoes as u today but I'm calming down abit now , have a nice cup tea ! Or lay flat on your back in a dark room with with a sleep mask this will pass soon I promise I have your symptoms i get this everyday

I HAVE (SEVRE ANXIETY) (PANIC DISORDER) (DEPRESSION)

I've been on (CITOLAPRAM) for 6 days now I'm having all the side affects

But they should pass soon hopefully !!!

Thanks i'm trying to just accept it and distract my mind.its hard but i'm really trying. When the anxiety gets really bad. I feel like i'm dying and thats just my fear.

No am not on any meds for it.I'm in a programme instead which really works.

I do hope your side effects will subside soon also. i was told i have panic attacks from stress.

Hi rush yes it's all scary.....the pain and symptoms we feel are very real but caused by the anxiety and stress the old fight or flight issue....really affects our bodies in many strange ways....what kind of therapy are you going to?
