Hey guys just wondering if you can relate.

I haven't been sleeping well at all lately and the past 2 nights if had pretty much no sleep. And since yesterday I feel like I have no energy feel so weak and just for feel good over all.

Anyone else have this when you don't get any sleep

Pink oh yes it's called being exhausted body and brain need rest to recover ....Hun have you tried any sleeping meds?

Have you tried organic dark chocolate? Just one square at bedtime (tastes yummy when taste acquired!) I tried this on someone's advice and much to my surprise it seems to be helping!
