Hi,

I used to take citalopram 20mg and the worst side effects i had was clenching my teeth, jaw ache, not being able to sleep and feeling low. These did get better but was horrible to go through at first. I would say it takes a good 2 weeks to notice the benefits.

I am now on 10mg and am slowly coming off it, i did try and stop all together but i had double vision..sickness..dizziness and generally felt vile.

It is great for anxiety and really helped me.

Thanks Amy I'm having your same symptoms now ! I started 4 days ! My doctor never explained the side affects for citolapram it's not nice at all I think I feel worse off at the moment taking these I take one a day ! But something tells me it will help me in the long run ? From what I've been told from u guys on here and research I've done on other forums ! So im staying positive and I will beat this ! It will not beat us !!! Thanks for your experiences and (STAY STRONG YEA) .....

It does get better, just ride through the rubbish side effects!!
