I suffer a lot with social and driving anxiety,some days I can't even get to work with fear of having a attack in the car,I started taking St. John's wart pills as I don't want medication off the dr,for the first time Iv had a great nights sleep and don't feel anxious about getting in my car,just hope this keeps working for me
