Hi,I suffer with health anxiety,the past few months I've been feeling great,but I'm flying to Australia next wk and I'm petrified of flying,my anxiety is creeping back,plus I have a sickness bug at the mo so my anxiety is bad,I'm on no meds as I've been great plus I suffered from bad side affects with them,my head feels weird,feel like I'm not on this planet xx

oz is a great place just enjoy
If your anxiety is due to flying then maybe get something from the doc to stand your nerves........I'm in the same boat....ever since mh17.......think I'm making myself ill.....I have tummy ache and i cant stop panicking about it......best thing to do is speak to your doctor.....hopefully he can help....
