Hi everyone , really not sure if I slept at the mo I'm shaking I woke early on a kinda panic dry mouth, hard to swallor awful told my partner he wanted to go back to sleep it's the right feeling just in the v under of my chest I am suffering digestive problems , is this Anxiety my only had a chamomile tea il try relax got very gurgling. binky noo anybody there

Anxiety does stop the digestive system, that's where diroea and constipation comes from. The symptoms you have I had. Could you tell me your other symptoms.
