Mornin all I'm going out to pub tonite not done it in 5yrs because of my anxiety so I'm very nervous!! Has anybody else ever felt like this????

Yep! I had my first ever night out a few weeks ago (I'm only 20). Just remember that you can leave if you want to, I think knowing that helped me to be honest.

All the time! Lol. I've had so many invites to meet up at the pub. I used to love socialising at the pub,really worries me now. Crazy. But go if you can I'm sure you'll have a great time. You're not the only one that feels like this xx
