Does any one have weird anxiety triggers like me ??

Does LIGHTING like if its too dark or light or gloomy ever give anyone anxiety it does for me it triggers my anxiety bad if im driving too long and everything looks so far away and almost like it whites out

Yes...first of all i am terrible for driving cant drive more than 70 miles without getting sleepy and anxious...and, as far as the light goes, its difficult to explain but is as if all the colors were much brighter, even on a cloudy day, and when i am tired this turns out into some kind of tunnel vision for hours ;(

Does it sound familiar at all?

I'm so glad you said that because I get the exact same thing..its usually when I'm in the office at work under the artifical lights it feels like I have tunel vision but I have been to see a specialist who said apart from floaters my eyes are fine . It's reassuring to know this can just be my anxiety after all .. I avoid driving any distance for this reason . I had convinced myself I had a brain tumour or something . Yes! I used to have this really bad. Like if there was a dimmer yellow lighting it made me have anxiety. I had to have a bright light or have it dark. No yellowish lights.

Wow everyone see were not the only ones ♡ we can all do it together and make it !! Hope everyone is well and I find sunglasses help only if the shade of them is a certain color
