Emotional day, heart palpatations?

I had a very emotional day and since the initial distraught I felt my heart area palpatate hard a couple of times.

Does anyone get this?

Yes - it's quite normal for people like us. I get it suddenly for no reason occasionally. The first time was way back in the early 1980's and I did wonder what it was, but I've got used to it now.

Its a regular for me to when i get it i just cough and sit up and it goes away hope it helps
