Does anyone else get anxiety when you get really full

I know it sounds really dumb but I do I feel like I cant breath I know im full and ill be okay but it just sucks ughhhhhh I HATE ANXIETY

Hi Lulu,you said that you feel you cannot breath and then what happened?You are still breathing and taking the courage to post in this blog.Lulu try to find something to do to fight anxiety,join a group, go to a leisure centre, participate as a volunteer selling stuff as cakes and coffee or be part to a team, anything that let you feel part of it, we are social animals and we cannot live without interacting with other human beings.Depends on your interests there are lots of initiatives around UK have a look in google about it and if you don`t find anything let me know maybe I can suggest you something to do as a volunteer.

Yes, I feel like i'm running out of air before when I eat. Normally the lack of air builds, then I take my anxiety pill and in about an hour or so I feel better and I can eat but then again I'm short of air after eating. I think Lorezapam is not making this better for me so going to ask for change. Xanas was much better but lasted only 4 hours.
