Okay so my anxiety is getting better. But even when I'm breathing fine I'm constantly thinking about it. It's just always on my mind.

Deep breaths relax me but still I'm like manually breathing. It's weird because your body knows how much oxygen you need so being aware of yourself breathing is not normal. Anything to help? Is it anxiety ridden ocd? Help

Hi AJ,I think more we are focused in our body sensations , more we think that something negative will happens.It`s good to learn how to breath properly,but is also important to learn how and why our mind and body react in some ways which seems uncomfortable for us.Accepting you as a person having lots of feelings and emotions in your mind, bearing in mind that nobody`s perfect , the day you accept yourself as the whole and embrace every little bit of you, even if it seems negative to you, then you will learn how to manage your anxiety.It`s a long process, but knowing better yourself means learning to accept even having anxiety because you know is part of your personality and nobody can understand totally what you`re going through if not yourself.Take care my dear

I ust to do what you do, constantly listen to my own breathing, even now when I walk stairs or climb and become a little bit out of breath I focus more on my breathing and then become paranoid or panicky for a better word. Sometimes I talk myself out of it, try calming down. Do you feel like 'oh my god I'm not breathing right,,,,,things like that?' I believe it's a panic attack our minds a funny thing, but gouging through it it's not nice. My advice, talk to yourself, quickly do other things, focus your mind on something different, make noise if you can ha ha . Try it.

I remember the doctor gave me a sheet of paper describing I panic or anxiety attack and what we feel and why...I actually laughed out loud thinking to myself my god this is me, at the end of the day you do come through it, you just don't know it. Positive thinking my friend ....and no your not alone. Peach

Hi AJ

Your body knows exactly how much oxygen it needs. Your body is amazing it can do all sorts of things without you thinking about them. It pumps blood round your body it digests food. It cleans all the toxic from your blood. When you walk you don't have to think about how to move you just do it. When you fall asleep at night you wake up in the morning and guess what your body looked after you all night. You are strong just having thoughts and we are the creators of our thoughts. You have a wonderful imagination what good things can you imagine? Hugs Jag
