Saw my ex who threatened to kill me the next time he saw me, I couldnt help but have a panic attack there and then whilst on campus. really not impressed with how today went, got confirmation from my boss that I am indeed going to Bolton

Hello Eunice, I was not moving to Bolton, I was away on a training course for the college and it was to expand my role and responsibilities within the college.

I am going to Bolton for a training conference that lasts for 3 days, when I spoke to my counselor on the Thursday, even he said that he is proud of me for handling it the way I did. I am feeling better than what I did last Wednesday and I have a meeting with my top boss on Thursday to explain the situation
