Feeling detached

experiencing pressure like headaches like heads going to pop, sometimes feels numb.....makes me panic and sometimes i can function with it......Does anyone get this too? Please please help x

Omg I do it comes at random times it feels like my brain is growing and touching my skull (I know its not but thats how I best can explain) its scary and you think you might pass out idk I read online its normal but if its way too often j would get checked

I see a neurologist next week...... But I am going to pay to see a chiropractor with my upper back pain....I'm hoping this is the answer x

Hi Alan,have you ever tried when you`ve this pressure in your head to just lay down on the sofa or your bed for a while and trying to keep your eyes shout if It`s better? It includes your neck as well as someone gripping your head and paralyzing your movement of the neck? Do you know that the inside of our skull...our brain doesn`t feel pain but actually most of the headaches are related to muscles in our face? So it could be tension of facial muscles that can give you that sensation...that why you`ve to try to find your own way to relax(music, head massage, some herbal remedies to calm down)

It's most of the time now. One thing I haven't tried is chiropractor.....the top of my back hurts....I'm hoping this is the answer and am going to pay to go private x

Chiropractor def helps with back pain. It will hopefully help you to feel more relaxed which should help with the head pain. Cos it could be the way you are holding your body that causes tension. The other thing you could try if you haven't is head massage which is supposed to be very good.
