Anxiety symptom question.

Hi All would anybody be able to tell me how long anxiety pins and needles can last?? I'm into my third month of them 24/7 in hands legs and feet and its awful. I'm waiting to see the nurologist but the wait is 4 months already had blood done which was ok.

Hi Miami welcome to the group, symptoms can last as long as you feel anxious...is it continuous or does it come and go? You'll probably find it goes when you are doing something else and not thinking about it. Hope you are feeling better this evening. Good results on the blood tests that's positive news

Hi Thanks for your reply but no it's 24/7 and it makes no difference if I'm working or out walking or anything really.x

Pins and needles could also be a sign of vitamin D deficiency, get a blood test to confirm.
