Health anxiety

Does anyone else get this, get a pain or part of body feels weird you automatically think you have horrible diseases. At minute I think my chest is shutting down when it's not.

Omg that's exactly me at the minute! Biggest symptom is these pains although not wheb busy do trying to keep occupied, if you know its your anxiety just try and stay calm its quite normal although very frustrating!xx

I've had an ECG and come back perfect. So it's not my heart. My chest sounds good. I worry bout nothing. It's very frustrating lol

Same with me very aha been worrying about these pains all day sometimes I think its just hard not to!xx

Exactly it, our minds don't help at all always thinks its sonething to worry about xx

I've suffered off and on with health anxiety for many years.

Me to exactly the same. I worry about my heart and breathing a lot. Strange sensations in my chest ect but always fine when I have tests I'm wearing a 5 day holster right now haha
